We are hosting our first Valentine Card Swap this year! Everyone has until January 23, 2012 to sign up. After sign-ups have closed, I will send everyone my mailing address and a list of the participating children (first names only). The Valentine cards and any goodies you would like to include for everyone will need to be shipped in time to arrive at my office by February 3. I will sort the cards and goodies to get them ready to mail to each family. Each family will be responsible for all postage costs. Please complete the sign-up form if you are planning to participate.
Will the participants reimburse you somehow for the package you ship to them?

Depending on the number we have – Priority Mail might be the easiest way to ship it. Each family will either send me the postage costs via paypal or include the postage in their package of cards. Hope that makes sense.
